Beauty is much more than just an outward appearance, it’s an attitude of the heart and mind yet this culture bombards us with the idea that beauty is all about how you look.
Lady in Waiting for Little Girls has a series of lessons each of which include a short Bible story and a fun activity that mother and daughter can share together. Each lesson teaches a character trait and gives examples of how it was displayed by a woman in the bible and how it looks in life today.
Written by Jackie Kendall and Dede Kendall, it really is a wonderful resource and is perfect for helping mold the characters of 5-9 year old girls.
I highly recommend it and, if you buy a copy, am certain that you won’t be disappointed. I’ve not seen anything simpler and easier to use that helps parents teach such important and wonderful lessons.

Teaching LOVE and SELF ESTEEM cannot begin early enough. Many times children at those ages feel God is only for Sunday school.
This book helps teach that He is everywhere. I would love to share this book with three Grandaughters.
