Changes On The Horizon

We will be making some major changes to the function of our blog over the next week. So if things either look or function weird, please be patient as we try to get everything fixed so it works better. Here are three things we hope to accomplish:

Jumping In, Taking Risks, Trusting God

When you have an idea to do something new, it can be very scary to take that leap. Especially when it's something that the world can see. If you do well, that's great! If you fail, well, everyone will see that, too.

This entire blogging experience has been a total walk of faith for me. I had no idea where God was going to take it [or will continue to take it!]. After only five months, it has already grown into something so much bigger and better than I had ever anticipated. It has been such a blessing to me. To say I have enjoyed working with the friends who help to contribute to it would be an understatement. I honestly pray that this experience has blessed them as much as it has me.

One of the greatest things that has happened since beginning this blog, is meeting new friends and building a community. I love reading all the comments and blogs of our new friends. It seems we all share in the desire to show the world that one at a time, we all can Make A Difference.

Work in Progress...

We are so very excited at the progress we've been able to make in the last few days on our new website. Thanks to all who are giving us comments and suggestions as we work the 'bugs' out. We are still cleaning up the aesthetics and adding new content to make the site as good as possible.

We have added some new sections under "Family" and "Reaching Out" as well as some new articles. Be sure to check them out and provide some feed-back. Look for even more new pages in the days to come as we get new articles written by contributors.

Please continue to give us feed back as we work to make this a great resource for families.

We Have Arrived!

I have always wished there was one place a person could go to for information concerning everything related to life as a family. We have yet to include "everything," but it's at least a start.

Our hope for the future is to include articles and links to information that can help all of us get better at running our households, and strengthen our families.
