Something to Think About
Go... Make a Difference

Let us not become weary in doing
good, for at the proper time we will
reap a harvest if we do not give up.

Forgiveness

By MAD21

We have all been hurt deeply by someone at some point in our lives. Fortunately most of us have not had to experience the horror of someone taking the life of someone we love, which to me is probably the worst thing that could ever happen. But for those who have, and for those who are still healing from any kind of wrong-doing, I encourage you to read this article. A writer, Jenny Schroedel, wrote an amazing story for Boundless Webzine right after the fatal shootings in Pennsylvania at an Amish school called "Hope and Healing Among the Amish." Anytime I get upset about things,  I reflect back on this story. It kind of helps to put things into perspective. I don't know if I could respond the same way that these families did, but I certainly pray that I would have the courage to do just that.

Go. Read. Pray. Forgive.
